You would have received a driver name and contact number by Sydney Charter Bus & Minibus Hire.
When everybody has collected their luggage and is are ready to go, you should call the driver and proceed to the Group pickup area.
The coach will be waiting at the bus and coach holding area.
When the driver receives the call he/she will go to the Group pickup area.
The clients shall walk out of the terminal on the ground floor and turn LEFT (east) and proceed to pickup area where the coach will be waiting.
Follow the signs for Group Buses.
Bus and Coach Bays number from 1 to 18.
Coaches - bays 1 - 9
Minibuses - bays 10 - 18
The walk takes about 2 minutes once you've left the terminal.
Please look for our logo printed on the minibus or displayed in the front window.
If in doubt about the location of the Group pickup area, please ask the airport staff or friendly coach drivers for directions.
