regardless of alcohol consumption or not.

General Conditions of Bucks & Hens Days/Nights - Alcohol Consumption

An extra fee of 20% is payable on top of quote if alcohol consumption is allowed
A security bond of $500 is payable 48 hours before service via credit card
The hirer must supply sealable bins for empties (no glass)
Any overly intoxicated persons may be refused entry should the driver feel they may become abusive or sick

General Conditions of charter services if no alcohol is to be consumed.

No Alcohol is to be brought onto the bus opened or unopened
No alcohol may be consumed on the bus at any time
No Food or drinks allowed on the bus (plastic bottled water ok)
No eating is permitted on the bus
No unruly behaviour will be tolerated and offender/s will be asked to leave the vehicle
A refundable $150 bond is required
Any overly intoxicated persons may be refused entry should the driver feel they may become abusive or sick

Any breach of these rules will result in termination of the service and no refund shall be issued.

All bonds will be forfeited should any of the stated conditions be breached.

As the bus will be doing jobs after and maybe during your service, the vehicle must be kept clean.

General floor mess is expected.

All belongings must be taken off the bus during the charter as we may be doing an in-between job.

We at Sydney Charter Bus Australia are providing this service in good faith under NSW and Ministry of Transport laws.

We only do bucks & hens days/nights in our 20 passenger vehicles.

We do not provide this service in our luxury minibuses.

We can provide 2 x 20 passenger vehicles should the group be larger than 20.
